Refund Policy

Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Because credits are consumed instantly when you generate icons, our default policy is no refund on consumed credits.
We will refund any unused credits from a single recent purchase if you request it within 14 days, with the following exceptions:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Stripe processing fees may not be recoverable for partial refunds.
- Repeated refund requests may result in account suspension.
EU / UK consumers
EU and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. By starting to generate icons, you expressly request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once credits have been consumed, consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)). Unused credits remain refundable for 14 days as above.
Failed or unsatisfactory generations
Failed generations refund their credits automatically — you are not charged for icons that Gemini fails to produce. If a successful generation is unusable, click Re-roll; we do not refund subjective dissatisfaction.
Service outages
For sustained outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) we will, on request, credit your account proportionally.
How to request a refund
Email hello@iconkiln.com from the address on your account with your Stripe receipt or session ID. We respond within 3 business days.
